Want to let potential customers know how great your business is without stretching the
truth?

We can help.

The Better Business Bureau began as a group of advertising clubs or “Vigilance Committees” focused on correcting advertising abuses and today we offer  the service of reviewing ads for local businesses to ensure that their advertising is free of deceptive or misleading claims.

Take advantage of our Advertising Review Program by sending us your ads before they go to print or broadcast and our Fair Trade Practices Department will be happy to make sure they are in compliance with the BBB’s Code of Advertising.

Consumers:  Typical violations of the Better Business Bureau Code of Advertising include unsubstantiated underselling claims, guaranteed financing without appropriate disclaimers, unclear guarantee or warranty claims or going out of business sales that last more than 30 days. Please use the contact information below to send us an ad you think needs to be reviewed.
